With a strong background in Civil Engineering (BSc) and Project Management (MSc), she brings over 12 years of experience in construction and real estate. Her leadership inspires innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth within the organization.

Engr. Yared is the COO and founder of Sky Group, leading daily operations with a focus on efficiency and excellence. With over 19 years of experience in construction management, he has held key leadership roles including General Manager and Project Manager.
Engr. Ashenafi, the CFO and founder of Sky Group, oversees financial strategy and ensures sustainable growth. With over 25 years of experience in construction and project management, he has successfully led major housing and building projects.
Dr. Aschalew, CCAO and founder of Sky Group, leads contract management and administrative operations. With a PhD and MBA in Leadership and Management and a BSc in Civil & Urban Engineering, he has over 12 years of experience in construction and infrastructure development.
